Help!!! 410 or 460 from 34A I cant decide xxx

Hi, I cant decide which size to go for, im having surgey with Mr Singh on the 8th Feb, any advice would be much appreciated girls xxx

I had 460 Hun thought I would be bigger but still very happy though I was 32 a now measuring an E.x x

How long ago did you have them done?and which surgeon did you go with? do they feel natural? sorry so many questions! Im pleased you r happy with them, im definitely swaying towards the 460s as I really dont want to be disappointed! Thanks for your help xxx

I were a 34b and had 460 unders im wearing a 36d or 36dd sports bra at the minute (I’ve only just had my tapes off today aswell) I’ve no pictures yet but u can add me and I’ll post when I add some. I’m Really happy so far x x

Hi Gemma, I hope your feeling ok im really happy for you , I would like to be a 34dd but I wouldnt mind if I was a 34d,how tall are you? as im 5’8 so quite tall so i dont they would look to much out of place. Im so excited, but its worrying me as its such a big decision to make!!! xxx

I’m 5’5 size 10 but I’ve got big shoulders and hips, I had mr kazazzi hes said once there settled ill prob be a 36dd or 34dd/e. they don’t look massive at all there just right, even tho it’s early days I’m

Chuffed to bits I’m a little tender now there not taped up but it’s nothing much. I’ve never had any pain at all, the worst thing for me was the grogginess after the anaesthetic and the itching from the tape. My boobs have mainly felt tight and achy but it’s eased off a bit each day.

I’d go for 460 as the doc, nurses at mya and girls on here have said there’s nothing in the 410 and 460 so always go for the biggest your offered if u want to know anything else just ask hun x x

Hi I am 3 weeks post op, I was a 32A, had 460 overs with Dr Singh, I now measure a 32DD, I thought I would be bigger but they’re better than b4 so that’s all that matters, I have pics up if you want to add me x

Hi Sarah, Ive just had a nosy at your pics, they look great! do they feel real? as i think my boobs are smaller than yours to start with, so I dont think I have as much breast tissue? thank you so much for sharing your pics, im going to put mine on when ive had them as it helps so much xxx

I’ll let u know when I do… Good luck to everyone preop, best thing you can do is go with your surgeons advice and your initial gut instinct or u might regret it! I were gonna go 410 cos I thought 460 would be too big n I’m so glad I chose what I did x x

go 460 hun, i had 460 from a 30A 11 months ago and dont regrett it at all i love my 460s which made me a 30FF , im 5ft9 and a size 6 by the way and i think i finally lookin proportion xx

i had 410s over with mr singh on wed, i was a 32a before im a size 8 5ft3 but i recon i cud of carried off 460s fine, i thought they was going to be bigger , i am mega happy but mr singh they will be a good dd but i dont see it being that, haaaa ! i know he knows his stuff, im going to upload photos later xxx

I’m having this problem deciding 310cc 0r 340cc but leaning more onto 340cc

im having 460 overs and currently a size B. Im having mr Traynor for my ba, he recons that will take me to an E/F. im 5ft10 and a size 10/12 i tried the implants in a bra and they looked a perfect size. i was gonna go with 410’s as i dont want them to turn out too big, but i know quite a few girlies that have had a BA and everyone of them say they wish they would have got the size up. Hope this helps

I have posted this in a similar thread…I´m 5ft…size 6-8..was 34a..had 410 unders and I now have rippling that I can feel…nearly 7 months on…had I gone for 460 I know the rippling would have been visible…so bigger isn´t always better

I had 460 unders from a 32b and am stressing they r too big! Everyday they look bigger in the flesh but in clothes they look ok! I’m a 34e at the moment 15 days po. Add me if u want to take a look. x

Hi girls, i went to see Mr Traynor yesterday and i too am struggling to decide between 410 or 460. Im currently a 32b 5″2 and a size 8 my worry with the 460’s are that they might be too wide n and make me look plump and that the weight of them might mean they sag more quickly. Any advice would be much appreciated

Hi, I had 410 hp overs 2wks ago, I’m 5ft 9″, size 16, was 38b but really was 38a but u can’t buy 38a bras.

I wanted to be in portion with my ‘big bum & hips’. Coz I need a 16 for the bottom half of me it was always to big for th top half. I left to the surgeon coz to be honest they do it every day, he gave me the 410s to put in my bra and they looked massive compared to my normal chest. But u have to remember u have ur boob on top of the implant, which when u have the BA it’s underneath, so it doesn’t look as big as u think. I do sometimes wish I’d gone bigger as yesterday they looked small but today! It’s weird but I’m still early days, also I’m not looking at them every few hrs which is what I was doing. So now once I’ve had my shower I look at them & love them as I never had any before.

I would say I only look a C/D cup, but not been measured yet. So not to sure. But I didn’t want to look to big that I had to go up another dress size. Some friends and family know I’ve had it done and the ones that don’t haven’t mention that I look big. But it is winter and I’m wearing jumpers!! & the ones that do know think I look a D/DD! So everyone sees u differently. There are so many girls on here saying they wish they’d gone bigger, all I can say to u is maybe listen to ur surgeon and maybe ask urself why r u having this done. To be honest I didn’t tell many people before my op but know I’m proud and not ashamed to tell people, coz to be honest I did this for myself and no one else and I have my confidence back even though it’s only 2wks. But I would like to maybe drop a dress size before the summer to show my new little beauties off! Lol

Anyway sorry for waffling on & on and this probably hasn’t helped but it’s helped me x

All your advise is so helpful! I am defo swaying towards the 460’s as I am 5’8 top half 10/12 preferably 10 depends where I shop! haha…. so I think I would end up a DD possibly an E? I just hope I can find clothes to fit my aswell. Im going in for op on the 8th Feb and will post before and after pics as the girls that already have helped me so much!!! xxx

Tboddy can I add u plz. I’m a size 14-16 and a 38 a right and 38b left. So similar stats to you and I’m stuck between 410’s and 460’s. That’s if you don’t mind xxx

Hi hun, i’m 5 weeks post op now with 380/410 (one boob bigger). When i had my consultation, my surgeon suggested having 340/380 but i was really scared these would be too big so i ordered 300/340 instead. On the day of the op, i just left it upto my surgeon and ended up with 380/410!!! I was so shocked but I’m now soooo glad i went bigger! They don’t feel big at all and looking back, i’d have gone upto a 460! I’d say go bigger!!xxx (p.s i was 34a/b)
