Help 5 days post op – sick, headaches, light headed & not with it

Really need some help! I had my op on Sat and was sick after I woke up from GA, I haven’t felt with it since! I felt worse, more nauseous and light headed on Sunday when I started taking my antibiotics. got fed up of feeling completely rubbish and spoke to the nurse on Tuesday who said it might be the pain killers, so I stopped taking them. Still felt terrible and was bsi g sick the next day spoke to another nurse who said it might be the antibiotics so. Stopped takin them on Wednesday! I had one dose of he painkillers last night as I had a bit of a panic attack, but I have still felt dreadful today and have still being sick!! Anyone else felt his?? Is it normal?? Xx

i havent had mine done yet, hoping i dont get sick

but you can be sick until the anaesthetic has completely left your body and that can take 6/7 days sometimes if your body doesnt react well to it.

give it a couple days and u should be fine. id b worried about pain and infection though if you arent taking anything at all

totally normal hun i had high temp, felt sick an hot an then cold was horrible felt like a fever! dont worry it didnt last long! xx

Hellooo. I’m a week PO and I’m still quite sleepy and dosey at times. Its normal xx

Call the nurse honey you need to let them know this is happening,get this checked out,xxxx
