Help!!!!

So worried, had works christmas do last night and I ended up dancing for a couple ofhours! I am only 10 days post op. I am so worried that I have done some damage to them

Make sure you rest for a few days,they will have had a shock will all the movement,if you do start to feel unwell call your nurse honey.xxx

they look fine at the min! I’m not a mad dancer anyway I was probably doing more side shuffling than anything else. Going to make sure I get plenty of rest now!
