I think it’s just for the first week that your meant to sleep elevated hun, it’s just to help your swelling. I woke up from day 4 though flat & on my side & it was every morning! My pc said to not worry too much though as I wan’t in pain or anything & she said I was obviously just comfiest like that! xxx

I’m 3 weeks post op and still try to go to sleep sitting up a bit, but always wake up on my side. The last few mornings have been really comfortable on my side so have just stayed there! Lol :) xx

I was told at one week check up that I could reduce my pillows, but if I felt any pulling on my incisions to add them again x

I just woke up day 1 po having slipped down off my pillows and flat on my back. Oops. I was comfy there but gettin up was so hard and made me laugh and that hurt more than actually getting up I think lol. I’m not sure how I’m gonna stop myself slipping down again? X

Aww Becki bet that was painful!!

I’m never fully asleep enough to slip down lol :(

Maybe try more pillows on your side to stop you slipping?
