I’m having my BA with Mr Russo on 28th April at Kidderminster, but phoned my PC yesterday to check everything was ok and was told that my op has changed from being at Kidderminster to Highgate, London!! I’m a daycase and booked at Kidderminster because it’s close to home! I have a 10month old baby. My boyfriend was going to take me in be morning, then go back home to take of our little boy, then my friend was going to come to the hospital later and drive e home, this is obviously oing o be a lit more difficult with the distance. MYA have said that they will pay for a hotel, but my PC said she doesn’t think that travel costs will be covered!?! Surely they must?? Also as I’m a daycase I have been told my surgery is likely to be in the morning, bit worried that I will have to be in London mega early, which means my partner and I will leave mega early with the baby. Does anyone have any experience of this, would MYA sort out a hotel for the night before as well? It’s made everything more complicated!!!
