help! anyone had a lift aswell as implant?

hi all i had my consultation today with surgeon im pretty shocked as a lift and implant was suggested or i could have a bigger implant as i have excess skin, my boobies havent gone south i just look rather deflated. i dont want the extra scar but if some one would be so kind to tell me there experience of this procedure and wouldnt mind sharing there pics with me it would help me alot. thanx x
