help!! ba booked for 6th may 345cc split technique

Hi i have booked my ba for a week on thursdya with dr umar khan and re-shape he measured me as a 32b and said i would have 345cc split technique!! Am very confused what size i will end up and dont want to be disappointed (its a lot of money). He is saying that i will be a d-dd but i dont understand how they put the implant over your boobs in a bra and say thats the size u will be when their going to be inside your boobs surely they will be smaller??? Someone help me please
