HELP! BA booked for tomorrow and still no admission time

Hi

I’ve booked in at Doncaster hospital, well at least I think I am, for tomorrow. I’ve still not had my call with my admission time, is anyone else have a late call or should I have heard from them by now? I’ve true calling mya all day on the 08000 number but there has been no answer. I’m worried now as I need to tell them I’ve been ill this weekend too.

I didnt get my admission time till 2days before and even then i was panicking. You should of definately got it by now.I would call your pc if you cant get in contact with you nearest clinic. Hope you manage to get it and good luck for tomorrow x X x

Phone Doncaster were your op is I had mine yesterday at Doncaster and I got my admission time at 2 on the Friday do you should of def got it by now xx

I don’t have a contact number for my PC, the only number I have is the 08000 number on the website. This is my second op, correcting CC in one of my breasts and I’m not happy with the service mya have provided at all. I shouldn’t be worried and chasing them today, one day before my op. don’t know what to do :-s

Just called Doncaster and got my admission time, 2pm – tomorrow will be a long day! Thanks for the advice girls. Really upset with mya and their lack of customer service. X

You shouldn’t have to chase around for your own appointment time that’s there job not yours but I’m glad you’ve got it sorted Hun good luck I’ve just had mine done yesterday at Doncaster and they are so nice and friendly xxx

Mya nurse had called me on Friday and left a voicemail. Unfortunately I didn’t get notified about the voicemail. I did think it was strange I hadn’t heard from them.
