Help? Breast Uplift or Implants…or Both?

I’m currently around a size 16/18 and just under 6 foot tall so im not the smallest of girls im currently a 38G – but i used to be just over 19 stone and a size 20 so ive lost LOTS of weight, and my boobs have gone south wayyyy before their time. Im scared of going for an uplift becuase i scar really really bad – where i got so large and lost lots of weight so quickly its looks as if ive given birth to the whole of the brady bunch! And really dont want to have realy bad scaring around my nipples – so ive been told implants would work to uplift them, im not sure how big to go though? Has anyone any advise on anything? I wont be having them done for quite some time as I havent got enough money together yet, but i dont wish to go for a consultation becuase i dont want to be pressured into anything….help??

im sure if you go and see and explain that you are defo not having them done as u have no funds available for a while they will still be more than happy to help and advise you in the meantime! oh and well done for loosing all that weight hunni! xxx

thats what im scared of – attacking me with the whole interest free no deposit finance, i dont wish to get myself in debt for boobs lol, but i really want them done! and thank you! it has been hard but now im at a stable weight and have been for about 6 months – i just cant shift anymore no matter how much im at the gym !xxx

I am not lying here but my scars are going fast! They are a faint pink line and im 5 weeks post op today! just gotta smother them with bio oil! Honestly not as bad as I was expecting xxxxxx

By the way I had uplift and 360cc low profile unders xxx

my goodness dont they look amazing!!! im just so scared about the scaring, i scar so so sooooo easily and in a non pervy way i do quite like my nipples, so i wanna keep them the same way. im just so scared about going any bigger than what they already are my friend had unders and they have lifted them so well, her boobs look amazing. i just want the comfort of being able to take my bra off and having to hold them up when im walking everywhere but thank you for the advise! really helps.

Hey ashleigh I had ba and uplift too, I’ve sent you a friend request, feel free to look at my pics. I’ve had a complicated op though and although I’m only 6 weeks post op, the scarring is fading quick (been applying lots of cocoa butter and bio-oil). My right breast still tight though and needs to settle a bit more xxx

I’m having an uplift and 320 unders in 11 days…would love to see any pics and get some feedback if possible…i’m nervous as hell but excited too xx

Thanks Jo. It’s been an emotional journey tbh, mainly because I had more surgery on right breast, which is taking longer to settle. I’m not expecting my final results until I’m 3 months post-op. I felt normal again about 4 weeks post-op, but everyone heals differently. I wasn’t in any pain, I just felt like I had elephant sat on my chest for a while and tiny bit sore, at 6 weeks post op I feel normal again. Still have a lttle bit of numbness underneath, which will subside in time, and my right nipple is still numb, but definately responds to cold! 😉

I was nervous too, but there’s nothing to it, you’ll be away with fairies during op and will wake up all done!! xxx

Hey ashleigh thank you very much, I normally heal quite well really thinking about it, I’ve just been putting lots of cocoa butter and bio-oil on them every night for the last 6 weeks, I didn’t expect to heal so quickly, and I also kept steri-strips on longer than I needed to as I was a bit paranoid about infection! xxx

Awww hun…i can imagine! I’m glad your happy with them though, they really do look fab Yours are the first pics I’v seen on here that have had the uplift and its really given me an insight of what to expect so thanks for sharing them

I’m a bit worried about losing sensation in my nipples too, its good that yours are responding

Hi ashleigh…thanks for accepting me my main aim is not to trip over them when I take my bra off lol…i’m not too bothered about going much bigger i just really want the lift xx

You’re welcome Jo, I did have a complicated op though, both breasts had nipple lift and nipple reduction and I only had the skin tightened underneath my right breast which is still tight and needs to settle and drop a bit more. There are a few girls on here who have had uplift, Melissa998, Tiara have recently had uplift and healing well. I’m not expecting sensation to come back in my right nipple for at least a year as with any op it takes time for the nerve endings to heal xxx

and thats what im like jo, not that worried about going bigger (im a big girl anyway so bigger boobs wont really bother me) i just dont really want the scars and as for nipple sensations im one of this unlucky girls who dont feel a thing from it anyway i suppose the best thing that could happen is to get some feeling in them!! haha xxx

Really ashleigh? You have no sensations in your nipples? Maybe this is something you could discuss with your surgeon, he might be able to do something to restore your nerve endings / sensation during op? xxx

with anyluck! i can feel if someone is poking them but i never get any ‘good’ feeling out of them it just makes me feel queezy on the inside spoke to my mum about it and she is the same too so i dont know if its just some odd thing in our family but breast sensation isnt in my top 10! haha xxx

Ah I see. Well you never know, maybe after op you might have some sensations restored. So you haven’t booked a consultation as yet? You could have one just to weigh up your options really? Just don’t give mya your telephone number! It’ll prob be a good experience for you to see a few surgeons, you’ll have an idea of what can be done and and idea of sizes and what it will cost you, it’ll help you make your decision xxx
