Help confused !!

I’m almost certain last time round I had to sleep upright for 2 weeks and no showering only shallow baths?? I’m only 6 days post op I don’t have to sleep upright I can have a shower & I have no plasters over my incisions and I don’t have to have a 2 week check?? I have a funny feeling the nurse may have thought I was further along as she was offering me to see the same traynor again because of the oddness?? Anybody else allowed to do these after 6 days??

My 1 week check my plasters were taken off to look at scars and because they were fine I didn’t need a 2 week check.
As long as the swellings gone down lying flatter on your back is fine.
She also said it was fine to shower just try not to get any harsh soaps etc in the incisions xx

I had my 1week check yesterday, and I’m allowed to shower from Thursday (but no soaps etc allowed on the incisions), but she said you should remain elevated for 6 weeks if possible! I only have small strips over my incisions which she said I can remove myself on Thursday too. Xx

Thank you I have nothing over my incisions I’m feeling quite worried about them they are quite ugly to look at make me feel abit squeamish xx

I had to sleep upright for two weeks I two had mr traynor I also was only aloud a Shallow bath for two weeks altho I did get more dressing out on at my 7 day post op so maybe that’s why xxx
