HELP! Do I really need an uplift or can I get away with not having one??

A little disappointed as I went to see the hospital group just before my Mya appointment today & the surgeon there told me I have to have an uplift too as he wouldn’t do just implants. He also said I couldn’t go any bigger, I will just be a full C cup instead of a saggy C cup! Really hoping Dr Singh doesn’t say the same, as I really don’t want an uplift(& can’t afford one!). I have had 2 children, but am only 23, so really don’t think my boobs are THAT saggy!

My Mya PC said that if the length from the sternum to nipple is over 25 they usually perform an uplift, but one of mine is 21.5 & the other 23, anyone had measurements like this & not had an uplift?? xx

Hiya Hun, I’m having a uplift with implants in just over 3 weeks time. I’m a 34E and I’ve been offered just implants but I refused that, although I’m very nervous of the scars I do not want to pay for BA this year then have to fork out for a uplift in a years time cos the weight of the implants will just sag them down even more. That’s my opinion though Hun, it’s totally your choice. I’m 23 n have one child, I’m also having a tummy tuck! Xx

Thing is, if I have an uplift I can’t have an enlargement, & I really want an E cup(or at least DD!).

Just got to wait & see what Dr Singh says, the hosp group surgeon was very rude & didn’t understand anything I was saying (spoke very bad english!) which put me on edge anyway!

I’m having Mr Traynor Hun. Im sure you will be able too, don’t be put off by one surgeons opinion….believe me I’ve seen 6 different surgeons and been told 6 very different things. Chin up Hun and look forward to seeing Mr Singh xx

In had an uplift and implants hun…went from a very saggy 34C to a full 36D/DD..i’m only 10 days post op so i expect my size to change xx

I am having the same problem as you as I measure 22 on one and 23 on the other. I had a consultation with Mr Kazzazi and he has advised that implants would be enough but I would have to have 470 low profiles and this will take me to an E/F cup. I feel worried because even though id be happier with just implants I dont want to end up with a big pair of saggy boobs, if I need an uplift then id rather have one. Speaking with different girls on here it seems to have worked for some of them but not for others ! Mr Kazzazi does have a great reputation though so maybe I should trust him. Hope it all goes well for you hun xx

I was told I needed a total uplift and implants, I’m going from a saggy D cup to a very full E cup, I’m 29 but lost a lot of weight and it’s one area you can’t tone up!, from what i’ve heard, the results with the uplifts are really good so I’d be inclined to wait and have both done when you can afford it xx

I was told by Dr Sighn i could either have an uplift with smaller implants or large implants and no uplift! im having 525 overs 1st july and no uplift because like you i dont think my boobs are that saggy, id say more like empty! im 21 and have 2 little boys so my boobs went from a 32 B to a D cup and now im back to an empty B. I would say it just depends how saggy your boobs are. xx
