HELP!!!! Emergecy bra situation!!!

Im not sure if my bra is too small, it feels really supportive but its soo tight i got a 32c but think i need to get a d asap i can hardly breathe in it, does anyone know where i can get a surgery bra/sports bra in south east london? i got all mine online so didnt go shopping for them, i went to a big sainsburys in crayford but everything they had were rubbish!! do they only sell them in big m&s’s? or would they sell them in smaller ones? xx

I would recommend ringing the shops beforehand to check if they have your size/style you want in store as it could save a wasted trip! I ended up buying mine online too cos I couldn’t find the size I needed in local shops but some shops you can order from their website and pick up for free in store e.g. Debenhams, John Lewis, M+S. You could try either a bigger cup or back size depending on what is tight and see if it feels any better?

I found the sports bras quite uncomfortable at first as I’ve never worn one before and I found it felt tight and restrictive but I got used to it after a while, especially when I felt less tender. x

Matalan do post sugery bras but mr kazzazi told me to get asda or tesco and there fab! If there’s any of them near u? X

Tesco high impact sports bra AMAZING!!!! I got a 36DD xx i measure a 34ff in normal bras x
