Help full projection or extra full projection responsives?

Hi ladies I’m unsure on whether full projection or extra full projection is right for me, as I was originally offered 410 or 460 cui high profile, before upgrading to responsives, can any one help with photos or advice of full and extra full projection implants around 415-450cc… I’m a size 8, weight 8st 11… I am cing my pc about it before my op but Wud appreciate ur experiences
