HELP getting sick week before surgery!!

Hi everyone, i started getting a sore throat yesterday but thought it was stress as ive got a lot going on… this morning I’ve woken up with a bad throat and feel all blocked!!
I genuinely cant believe it! Anyone else get sick before surgery?
Maybe I should speak to the nurse ?
Really worried now.

Contact your nurse to get advice on what u can and can’t take before the op. Usually ibroprofen is not allowed as it can harm healing. Fx
