I had my first consultation with Transform and to be honest I wasn’t too impressed. Having asked to have as early an appt as poss as had to pick up my toddlers from nursery, I was told when i arrived that i was next in. I then waited for an hour and 3 people went before me. I got speaking to one of the ladies who it turned out had an apt 30 mins after me but had been seen already before me. I went to reception and was fobbed off but felt really annoyed that i’d been skipped and as a result was late for my sons! The staff knew I was a bit upset about it but my coordinator never called or said sorry about it! I have also found that anytime I have tried to contact her she’s never available and even if you leave a message you get no call back! When I did manage to speak to her once it was to check if she could book a consultation with Mr Traynor for me but she said I had to see Mr Selvaggi first as she’d booked me to see him already. I said I thought it would be good to compare but she said no that she thought i’d like Mr Selvaggi.
Anyway, I then discovered Mr Traynor also works for MYA so decided to see him through MYA instead. Mya were great. Lizzie (pc) is really friendly and i’ve found her very easy to contact. BUT I’ve now booked with MYA and since read TERRIBLE
reviews about the aftercare!!
Now I don’t know whether to go with my gut instinct which was MYA due to approachability and professionalism or go back to Transform if my pc ever takes the call!! Mr Traynor works for both so what should i do???? Advice much appreciated!!!
