Help! Girls who have had unders…

Hey, I am very close to booking up. I spoke to mr Cajano for my consultation and he was really nice… He then told me I may need unders but it will be a 50/50 decision on overs or unders on the day of the op. He was explaining about what they do if the implants are going to be under and it’s freaked me out a little any girls had unders and can reassure me?? I’m mostly scared of the after pain and knowing that he will need to cut your muscle …is there more risks in the future to unders or not? Such as muscle problem or anything. xxxxx

Hey, I have unders (no pics) I’m not going to lie, it is more than ‘uncomfortable’ but apparently there’s less risk of cc and rippling and they look more natural than overs supposedly. I think mine look really natural and soooo worth the pain. They hurt more than overs apparently too, but I can’t say first hand on the difference. Lol xx

Hiya I had unders.. I was uncomfortable for 3days.back driving at 4 days and back in work at 5days PO. I think it all depends on each individual and there pain threshold. I had 460cc to so a large implant from an a cup x

i had unders, and have had none stop problems with them, but it doesnt mean everyone will. my re-op i will be having overs, and im not overly happy with that

unders (partials) are placed under the first layer of muscle, so they do cut into it. this usually doesnt cause many problems, and actually has less risks then overs. they are given to girls with very little breast tissue. i wouldnt worry if this is what you have been offered, your surgeon knows best xx

Hi i had 460 unders with nipple lift in march..honestly i didnt think it was that bad,i expected 2b in soo much pain n not b able 2do nething but i suppose every1s different. Good luck. Its so worth it. Xx

I had unders and yes it was achy and uncomfortable and took me 6 days to feel normalish but I had small tight muscles which were sqeezing down on my implants for dear life until they settled. I would have looked like a porn star with overs, two round boobs stuck on my chest (as i’m very thin on top). Which as a mum of two wasn’t the look I was going for

Thank you I’ve also been looking at some pictures on the forum of people who have had there breasts done. I have small boobs hence why I badly want them done, but have the ‘non sagging’ look. Obviously it’s pictures of girls who have just had them done, but when would they start o look more natural? Xxx
