HELP!!! High profile, Mod profile? Unders or overs?? AGHHH x

Ok im freaking out, saw Dr Fallahdar and he has suggested 380 or 410 (but their measured in grams not cc)! What is the difference?

He has also said to go for high profile but im so scared they are going to look like two small round balls stuck to your chest or make your boobs tubular and not naturally round. Has anyone else had this done that has pics that I can have a look at?

He also said because of my breast tissue I can choose between unders or overs and I have to make the decision. I just don’t know what is gonna look best and im panicking about it because I want it to be right.

I would be so grateful if anyone can help or let me see some pics. Thank you xxx

hey, i was smallish 34c, now measure a 34e/f ,, i had 380, overs, add me and take a look at the pics i took just yesterday, 10 months on,, i wish they were bigger and more firm/false looking as they look too natural, xxx let me know what u think . xx

Grams and cc’s are the same thing so don’t worry about that. I have round high profile implants, and had the same worries as you, but if you look at some girls pics, if done right they look really natural. I only have pics up of 4 days post op, will put more up soon (am now 11 days post op) but feel free to add me as a friend and take a look.

As for overs or unders, did the dr not say which he think would look best? Mr Traynor said that I could have either, but he said that he believed overs looked more natural and that I would get the best effect with them. So I went along with him on that one! The good thing about overs is a shorter recovery time too.

ha ha thank you. xxx just wish i had gone for the 420, xx i think cos i had breast fed years ago i had a lot of skin so could of fitted a bigger inplant in to fill my boobs, cos they are still very soft.. really want em bigger but my hubby would kill me as he didnt want me to have it done in the 1st place . xxx Janet xxx

fairydust – i too was given the choice of having either unders or overs but im choosing unders. when Dr Kazzazi gave me the pros and cons of unders and overs unders won by far. I no overs have a quicker healing period but that didnt bother me.

i dont think ur boobies would look like two round balls but i can see why u said it. what size are you at the mo x x

Unfortunatly he didn’t tell me what was best for me he just gave me pro’s and cons but I also don’t mind about the longer healing time with unders if their going to look better.

Nessy213 – Im currently a 32a/b and probably going to go with 410 as everyone seems to say go with the biggest they offer you. Im hoping to look a full D at least. What size do you think i’ll be? And what size are you hoping to be with 420cc?

It’s so hard to choose. I have my consultation on the 9th, I’m hoping he will tell me whether I should have unders or overs and high or low profile then all I have to decide is the size if he gives me a choice, that’s hard enough lol xx

Janwhitt – I have just looked at yours and firstly – congratulations on your wedding and secondly I think your boobs like fab. Im guessing they are moderate??

I really had it in my head that I definatly didn’t want hp and wanted moderate but feel im being pushed into hp’s a bit. He didn’t have any moderates for me to try on and only had high and low there so feel I didn’t even get the chance to try on moderates.

devilishem – Yours look good but they look so high, do they drop? (I know your pics are for 4 post op so they must settle abit after time). What size was you and what size are you measuring now? What cc’s did you have? x

Hi fairydust. I’m now 11 days post op and they’ve already settled a bit. It will take another couple of weeks for them to look more natural. Unders take longer to drop as the muscle needs to relax. I was 34A and had 340cc overs which have taken me to a full 34D. I’ll try and post some more soon. As for high/moderate/low I looked at the brochure and I don’t think MYA use moderate. Low profile is usually used for ladies that are quite broad as they are wider.

As for the pros and cons of unders vs overs, I didn’t think that unders were much better? I know girls think it lowers the risk of capsular contracture, but Mr T said there was no evidence of that, and unders are actually always only partially under, so the muscle doesn’t cover the whole implant. I think unders are easier for mammograms, but it’s not a big problem. Mr T suggested overs rather than unders as he said they look more natural and you can get a far better cleavage as they act like normal breast tissue, whereas with unders the muscle can stop you from being able to form a proper cleavage (not a problem for all girls admittedly!). I think it all really depends on your preference and also the surgeons! Mr T obviously prefers overs when possible, but other surgeons prefer unders… I’m sure whatever you decide, the surgeon will make them look fab!!!

Yeah I love them they’re starting to drop now too and are getting softer. Just can’t wait for the 6 week mark so I can buy some pretty bras and show them off!! Will try and update the pics soon so everyone can see how they’re progressing. Xx
