    Hello lovely ladies,

I’m in need of advice. After having my son I’m desperate for a breast enlargement. I’m a small C at the mo and want a full D or maybe DD. I want them to look as natural as possible but I’m scared they’ll look round and fake! Anyone else opted for natural looking boobs? How did they turn out? What’s the best implants to go for and are unders or overs best?? So confused! Any help would be great! Xx

    Hi there,

The implants can be made to look fake or natural. And there is no set rule of whether overs or unders affect the look. It all depends on how much tissue you have and what size you want to be etc. Your consultant knows his stuff and can tell you exactly what you need for you to look natural. But I can assure you that you can achieve the natural look if thats what you want x

Hello, I also wanted a completely natural look and went for an anatomical (teardrop) shape implant with Dr Adamo at MYA. He is the most well known there for giving a natural look. As far as the results I had my op only a week ago and have been told it takes at least 1 month for the implants to ‘drop’ slightly to look more natural as at the moment they are quite high up and round looking. If you start off with a C cup though I think this effect will be less so (I was an A). I think a good indication is going through the book of before and after photos at MYA and see which ones you think look most natural then ask which surgeon did them. I found that every photo I asked about was the same surgeon. Good luck!
