HELP- I need some advice, 8 days PO

Hi girls

I’m 8 days. PO and today I seem to. Have developed a fever, one minute I’m boiling the next I’m cold. My scars are fine and dont seem infected but my boobs are still tender and ache a lot, I know I’m only 8 days PO but is this normal. I’m panicking I may have an infection internally or am I being paranoid? Also how long should I be sleeping sitting up for xxx

I would give the nurse a ring honey,just to put your mind at rest,xxx
