Help is this normal?

Hi girlies I havnt been feelin great since my op on Wednesday

I had 410 unders and I has the expected muscle pain and started to feel abit better earlier today but now I have shooting pain in the right breast at the side bottom and it feels like a burning sensation really painful and is worse when I get up from being led down did anyone else have this?? Xx

I had overs but have seen posts from unders girls with similar pains which are the nerve endings healing. Are they excessively swollen/red/hot? If so, ring the emergency contact number you were given and speak to a nurse. Think it is normal tho with partials/unders x

This is perfectly normal, it is the nerves healing and a good thing!

Try not to lie too still, even at night as the muscle seizes up and is really painful until it relaxes agin.

When I got out of bed this morning the pain was horrible and didn’t go away until i lay back down they don’t seem red or swollen too much but the pain is unbearable when I stand up if I hold my breast tight it helps I hope this goes soon xx

It’s just the muscle stretching, it does get better, try to move your arms just a little bit very often, this will help x
