HELP! just been told my ba might be cancelled!!

i paid my 250 deposit a while ago with transform for ba 11th may… they then told me that i cant get finance because they dont give finance to anyone under 21! if i told get finiance by tomorrow night they are cancelling my op and not giving me my 250pounds back! they didnt even bother to tell me this untill tonight… anyone under 21 had finance from bank?X

If they verbally agreed finance wen u payed ur deposit they hav to give u ur deposit bk hun x

That’s shocking, that is there fault not yours, u should get your depisit back how can they take money from u knowing that u can’t have finance n then expect to keep it xx

Tell them you will report them to CQC,if they do not refund your deposit,you were not informed of the situation otherwise you would not have given a deposit there for risking losing it because of your age.

Care Quality Commission.will look in to this for you.

I also suggest that if you can not take someone with you to your next appointment,Take a voice activated tape recorder honey,i go nowhere without mine,its is your witness should anything happen in the future.And bare in mind some one will always believe a professional over you,so cover yourself,Hope you get this sorted,it really annoys me when people take advantage.xxx

hey,bank didnt give me the loan – too young i had until the end of the day to get the 3,700 pounds and fortunatly my mum gave me a solution… my college fund tht i didnt know i had! so i foned and asked them if i could transfer the money and had been told someone would call me back… no one called me and its 7pm! i was told that today was the deadline before they cancelled the op and made my 250pounds non-refundable! dont have a clue what to do know exept wait…xx

the bank gave me a loan (i was 19)but they wouldnt give me the full amount i asked for cos my age prob, so i applied online for a credit card too and luckily got accepted so i had to use them both, hope that helps goodluck x
