Help Ladies – 5ft5 size10 36B do i go for 460 or 525 to look natural-ish…..

Hey ladies,
Your help is needed. I am 5ft 5 size 10-slim 12 but have a large rib cage and broad shoulders.I have wanted this since the age of 16 but everyone told me to wait because all of the females in my family are gifted…lucky things. The Surgeon has said that i can carry off 460 Overs or 525 Overs. on your expirence what would look naturalish? does anyone have any before and afters pictures?
