Help ladies bit ov advice please!!

So I dont think I’ll have the money in time but my pc has tried her hardest getting the price down and she’s going to try again, but if she carnt I may have to try transform but am really happy with my surgeon.

But about a month ago in hear am sure I came across something about going straight to the surgeon nd it’s cheaper is this correct?? Can someone advise?? X
