Ok so ive only been given paracetamol for the pain but if you can only have 8 in 24 hours what do you do for the rest of the time? im in pain now but shouldnt take any more?!

kelle can you not write in english??lily im just on the codrydamol but im also in lots of pain, i know it sounds silly but im doing deep breathing which helps
