I’d go for the biggest, so the 425 cc’s. i couldn’t decide on what size either, my surgeon told me a cup size is 150 cc’s so that 25 cc’s are very little difference.
i’m currently an A cup and i was stuck between 325 and 350 my PC told me that because i want to be a D cup the difference in cc’s are so small that the 350 would probably make me little fuller in a D cup bra – does that make sense? haha xx
I had 450cc unders and I nearly panicked on the day and almost asked for 400s because I was scared 450 would be way too big for me. So glad I stuck with the 450 because any smaller and I would’ve been disappointed! I still want them bigger now but I got the biggest I was allowed to go so I’m happy and can’t complain ? x
They look amazing Jess! My pc has ordered 400cc & 425cc for me and I’ll talk to dr Andrea on the day and see what he says, I’m going to try the rice bag thing this weekend and see what I think that way xx
I had the exact dilemma and decided “I would rather think they are a bit big than a bit small” after paying for a boob job! And I’m so glad I went 425cc
I’ve got 425cc HP partials. Add me to see my pics if you want hun. I went for 425cc when my PC said the difference is a shot glass of gel. So not much different at all when you think about it. Glad I went for 425cc. So happy! xx
I had 400cc HP partials 6 weeks ago from 34B and even though I love them, I do sometimes wish I’d gone bigger. But at the same time if I’d gone for 425 I’d probably be wishing I went for 450! Boob greed is an awful thing! I have a few pictures on my profile so add me if you want to have a look 🙂 xx

I would say go bigger too. I think (at the minute only 5 days post op) that 25cc does make a difference in size. I did start out with one boob bigger than the other and my surgeons tried to even them out by having one side 425 and one sides 450 but they are still very different and I wish he had used 400 one side 450 the other. I’m not sure if that makes sense as it may just be because I had too big a difference before to correct with such a small cc difference ?
