Help me ladies… Advice needed

So I’m 3 weeks po tomorrow & I’ve had like a jellyfied feeling under my left nipple since my op, I thought it was swelling & would go but I’m thinking it’s my breast tissue, it feels horrid & I can squeeze it and make my nipple & the bit below it sag!! Is this going to go when my boob drops??

Left one looks slightly higher than the right & not as round please help..

Oh no its sounds horrible, the last thing u want. I would call nurse tomorrow hun and see what she says x
