Help me please! Saggy breasts at 18 been advised to just have 500c with me singh

I’m 18 years old, 19 in a month x
I used to be really big and have now gone down to 10 stone, because of that it’s lead to saggy breasts .,
Mr singh suggests I should just have a breast implant with no uplift .( I can’t really afford more than what I’ve paid anyway) x
I’m just wondering from my profile picture, can anyone tell me if they’ll look okay?:(
Or have had similar breasts to mine prior to the breast augmention and it’s looked fab? X
Booked in for surgery on the 6th June and really worried 🙁

I had flatter boobs from weight loss, they were larger than yours though still but I only had implants. I had 380cc unders which filled out my empty skin. And as you’ve got more empty skin than me I think 500cc implants will fill you out fine. You could always get another surgeons opinion through mya xxx

My boobs were saggy after breast feeding, felt like I had lots of skin to fill,and I just had implants, have a look at my pic before the op, yours don’t look that bad and 500cc will def fill them out, I had 410cc and it’s filled them fine

Hey Hun, I was the same as you. I was huge when I was younger and lost lots of weight. I now yo yo between 9-10 stone. You can add me and have a look at my before and after pics. (Strapping is yet to come off) I’m 21 was 32c/34a and had 500cc with mr Singh. I love them to bits, I’m so pleased 🙂 xxx

They know what there talking about Hun, trust the surgeon. I was very worried about being too small because other girls sizes on here but I’m glad I trusted mr kazzazi. It’s hard not to compare what your offered to what other girls get offered. You could just see another surgeon for their opinion, not saying change surgeons you could still go ahead with the same one now but asking another surgeons opinion may just put your mind at ease. Xxx

Help.. Really don’t know what to do.. Got my surgery booked for 1st July and been told 600.. I’m a b plus cup in mr trayners words ha.. Really scared I’m guna go too big.. I personally don’t think Ive much boobs plus I’m panicking I won’t get bras to fit.. Advise please.. Just think it’s more nerves with me but want to be sure on the day.. Xx

I’ve had 2 consultations with different surgeons. I’m a saggy 32B/C – i was a DD/E before my children and shot upto a H when pregnant and breast feeding.
I ask the surgeon if it was possible to be a full pert C as I like small boobs now, but was worried with the wrinkly skin.
1st surgeon said tear drop 325 i think and 2nd surgeon said 320/325 and nipple lift. I haven’t booked anything yet…

Hi ladies feelinv a little deflated!! Lmao excuse the pun!! Had a consult today and didnt go great! Got advised to have an uplift aswell as implants which I dont want!! I know the surgeons know best but the thought of having an uplift totally puts me off the idea altogether!! Sofrustrated!! Have always been little 34b and have had 3 children now and currently 36b bra but its not like my nipples point to thr floor or anything! Lol have any of you gone against the surgeons plans of giving u an uplift too? X hope u dont mind me adding some of you xx

Maya mine are very much like yours but again slightly bigger (a 32DD/34D but very empty from losing a lot of weight and breast-feeding). I’m still debating between 380s and 410s. Always thought I didn’t want to go too big but I’m instantly having boob greed lol.
How are you in your progress? Have you booked your surgery yet? x

My surgeon said just big implants whereas others have said uplift! I went with the big implants, I can deal with sagging later on petrified of the uplift if I’m honest! X

I’m in the same position as you guys. My weight has fluctuated over the past 10 years, at my largest I wore a 36g now i’m a 34 c/d. They are empty up top. I booked my surgery yesterday with Mr Singh who got me to try 500cc but I thought they were massive. I’ve opted for 420 I think but can’t remember. The problem I have is I do not have any fat in my boobs, they look like they have been ironed and when I bend over I have the ball in socl look. Anyone else been told they have poor elasticity and lack of fat? I am 29 years old and he said I had boobs of a 30 something who has breastfed a couplke of kids but he did say he saw worse.

Can anyone recommend sizes?
