help. my incisions have a huge scab over them and its leaking water/ puss

Ive think i may of pulled on it when moving to quick and caused the scab to break a bit.
Is this something to worry about i have my appiintment in two weeks.
Theres alot of dry blood on the incisions im to worried to touch them to cleanit.

How did everyone clean there incisions xc

Should probably ring the nurse hun I didn’t touch my incisions just let water run down them in the shower every night was told not to put anything on them or clean them with any products and gently pat dry with towel. Make sure your bra isn’t sitting on them either xx
