I hear putting on vasalin or coco cream helps.. Been topless while resting like watching tv helps while nipples have no contact for a short period a day helps..

Maybe take pain killers..

Or some numbing cream.. Haha.. Xx

breast feeding nipple cream should numb them you can get it from boots for like a fiver hunn, they’ll get better soon! x

Whatever cream you use cool it in the fridge first, I know I had the same prob for a while and it soon eased 😉

My nipples are so numb, im only 2 days post op but already worried that they gonna stay like this…x

They look great sandy! I can see they are starting to settle lovely. I feel back to normal now, I have a little numbness underneath still and my right nipple is still numb but definately responding to chills etc 😉 I have quite a nice subtle big size if you know what I mean, not too big not too small, my right still isn’t completely settled yet but getting there xxx

Pbeebee – Dont worry they prob wont stay like that for long. Mine was numb up until day 6, sensation now back and I am 18 days post op:) It will get better once the the nerve endings start to heal up and re-connect, the lowe part of my boobs are still totally numb – it takes time to heal. xxx

Thanks michelle just had a look at ur pics they look really good!! Yea my left is takin slightly longer but its still early days, I can jiggle my right side now! Haha happy days xxx

Sandy, Watch it chicken Its been so long since my last drink now, jeepers, dryspell continues in all areas!! Thank god for good neighbours and wine…lol Have no child this weekend and planning to make to the most of it(I will be enjoying lots of vino!!) before my family holiday in Norway
