I have a late cancellation, however 1 week after this date a I have to do my basic life training, which is obviously physical and includes resuscitation. Can anyone tell me there recovery experiences…will I be ok to do this do u think? It doesn’t require lifting or raising my arms. Hope I will be ok, otherwise I can’t go ahead 🙁 any advice please xxxx

I don’t think so.. With resuscitation etc you have to use your arms to pump. It may pull over your incisions, and pull the stitches! I wouldn’t personally xx

I dont think you’ll be fully recovered by then hun, it is still quite painful for me right now and I am 6 days post opp. I wouldn’t risk anything after paying all that money. But then everyone has different experiences with the recovery so you might feel up to it xx

its completely up to you, everyonea different. I mean I had partials whih are meant to be longer more painful recovery than if for instance you had overs, and I feel fine. im dojng most things as I normally would, even though I know I shouldnt, becausr I don’t have alot of pain reminding me not to. im 4 days post op and I would be able to do it. and probably would of at a push from day 1. obviously it’s probably not reccomended even of you feel ok…but just saying im fine 🙂 I just wouldnt want to miss out on my op for that reason alone…but then again I also wouldnt want anything tongo wrong after spending all that money. decisions in your hands lovely xx

I think you’ll be absolutely fine for a lecture. Just think about how you’ll get there, and you might not be able to even carry a handbag or books etc, but should be fine. X
