Help needed!!! unders 300 or 340's??? what should I expect, tips needed!!

Hi I have decided to have my surgery as always being unhappy with my small breasts, I am booked in for the 22nd sept 2010 at manchester with Mr Aurakzi I am not sure what size to get I am 5’8 and size 8-10 and don’t want to look too big just natural, so looking at 300’s or 340’s.. I need help I can’t decide has anyone had anywork done by him that I can see pics and also anyone had same size, I am getting lower incision too and unders, is this normal?? Aslo what should I expect in pain etc???
