I had my op on Wednesday, I came back to work today and since being here my boobs have swelt up like crazy… Is this normal?? I was thinking it was maybe due to walking around or something??
On day 3 I went out for dinner and a walk and after being out the house for 4ish hours i was in quite alot of pain and my boobs felt extremely tight. I’d say take it steady for at least 1 week. But keep moving your arms x
