    hi i have already had my boobs done on the nhs cause i was so smal, l i hate them so much ime wanting them done again from the minute i looked down i said ’’ not big enough’’ the scars are pretty long and ime wanting them to make them look a bit neatter if possible i wud say ive gone to a 34c but ther is no cleavage at all nd i love this round look but one surgeon told me i may have to get a breast reduction if they sag has anyone been advised ov this?? if uve had a 2nd op or eva been told this.. it just scares me to have to pull another 5grand out in a few years time

    any advice would be great xxxxx

    Hi Tina, there is a bigger risk of sagging with larger implants as your body simply can’t support them and over time they will sag.

    When you have the op done on the NHS you have no say in size as they are doing it for free and for medical reasons, if you had paid for your first op you would have been given much more choice with regards to size and shape.

    All implants have a ‘life’ and will have to be changed at some point in the future, depending on your age you may have to have a few ops in your lifetime anyway, I don’t think the NHS covers reops but don’t know for certain
