    hi i am having my BA on the 15th jan and i have a hen do to go to on the 6th march so that will be 7weeks healing and the problem is its gonna be an activity weekend so will be going to do “go ape” and i would like to know if i will be able to take part in any activity or not as i dont want to ruin myself,
