Help Please..?

Sooo… I want to book my surgery date as soon as I’ve met Mr Singh (11th April) because I know once I’ve met him I will have made my mind up on who I want. So say I put down my £400 deposit, for my actual surgery date… what if I don’t get accepted for the loan… would I get my deposit back? Or will I have to come up with the rest of the money asap?

I am still FREAKED that I won’t get accepted, and I really don’t understand credit cards… any help or advice would be appreciated please guys!

Ummm well I’m hoping to put down between £1000 and £1500 deposit. So anything from £2230 to £2730, I don’t know any credit cards that give you that sort of limit on 0% interest!

It all depends on how much you earn chick and if you have any debt already as to how much they will lend you. Have you looked into other loan companies? You can get some that will give you a good rate and depending on how long it will take you to pay off the card it might actually be cheaper getting a lower interest loan than starting to pay interest on the card x x

I have already had a credit check/score… and I was put in touch with MYA’s finance team who asked me a few questions to get a rough idea of what my outgoings were etc etc… the guy I was speaking to through MYA’s finance said that I shouldn’t have a problem whatsoever with taking out a loan by myself. But that doesn’t really put my mind at ease. I am still freaking out over it!

Mbna are the best….try virgin cos they are part of same group. I hot instant decision n I got a £2600 limit. U pay 4% for mbns to put the cash in your bank then it’s interest free for 16mths. If you still have a balance after that you then transfer it to another card in a 0%. you will be charged a 3% handling free of the amount you are transferring. Hope that helps? Go onto virgin money now and complete the forms online and they will give you the decision and the credit limit there n thn xx

Thanks for the info honey… but if I get declined, will it affect every other card etc I apply for? Or will it just mean I won’t be able to apply for that particular one again?

You should be fine. Mbna usually accept most ppl. I got my first cc off them @ 18, no probs n. Was on fairly low income xx

Yeah that’s the other problem.. I am only working part-time so I am on a relatively low income at the moment.
