Help please I’m starting to panic!

My appointment is the 14th August in Preston. I still haven’t had my face to face surgeon appointment yet? I’ve been chasing them daily about it and they keep saying head office are trying to sort it?
I’m a barber and my diary is really filling up like next week is all they can surely do before the cooling off period of 2 weeks? I’ve explained that I can’t just cancel a whole diary day of cuts at short notice and I’m getting nowhere. Has anyone else got a fade to face consultation booked for around the same surgery date?

My video consult I explained I wanted as natural looking as possibls and he suggested ultra high profile round and I feel like I don’t want ultra high profile round as that really sounds like they will look mega fake…
these are things I need to discuss at a pre consult pre surgery date and I feel like I’m stressed out of my mind with it all.

I’m in the same situation,I keep contact myself and keep getting told they will keep me posted but I hear nothing back! Who is your is your surgery with?

I’m paranoid they’re going to cancel it. I’ve blocked the time out of my diary now though.

Hi I have my surgery on 21st September. I had my first consultation last week and I have my second one booked in for 6th August. All I can say is pester them. I’ve emailed text and called when I’ve wanted something. They’ve never approached me with dates it’s always been me asking. Hope you get sorted xx

Have you tried the chat icon on mya app, they have always been so efficient whenever I’ve had any questions and can’t get ahold of my PC. My whole process was really quick, first appointment was June starting with e consult then managed to get moved forward so had my operation 2 days ago x

I’ve pestered the life out of them even on twitter and apparently they’ll call me in the next 24-48 hours now.

If they can’t do my day off (Monday) I’ll be livid since I’ve explained my predicament for weeks now. More and more people are booking into my work diary and I can’t cancel entire day’s out.

What a stress!

This is the reason I just had to cancel 🙁 my surgery was booked in fed/March and then cancelled because of corona and then they went really quiet and it worried me. Especially because girls Who have started their journey way after me were getting their consultations and surgery dates . We shouldn’t be made to feel so unimportant when we are paying this much.

Email the surgeon directly! It worked for me, they called back within 10 mins, good luck xx
