Help please ladies for post op question!

Hey ladies, I had my BA done 9 months ago, everything went fine etc but just a quick question on wearing bra’s please help me with.

When I go to bed, I dont wear a bra or a support bra or anything anymore, is this ok?? It feels the most comfortable but I dont want them to sag dramatically or anything!

What are you post op girls doing? please help!

I was told i could sleep without a bra on my 6 week check. However I choose to still wear it every night as I feel attached and comfortable, I’m 3 months po. Do what u feel comfortable with x
