Help please, should i wash my hair and shower separate

hi im allowed a shower tonight for the first time , i was told only use perfume free products such as Johnson and simple products because of the incision, does that mean i cant wash my hair in the shower as the products i use are perfumed (Paul Mitchell) should i wash my hair over the bath then have a shower xxx

I found that if i stand in the shower and lean my head back under the shower head so that the shampoo rinses off down my back rather than than my front. As long as nothing gets into your insisions then you should be ok. Or you could use johnsons or simple shampoo for the next few times you wash your hair.

Just makes sure you dry your insisions properly afterwards xx
