Hi elena! I had my breast enlargement just over a year ago (which has flown by!) and firstly, dont be worried about not being able to breast feed, they dont go anywhere near the milk ducts in your breast so there is no reason you can’t breast feed after a boob job. As for them not looking or feeling real, I specifically asked for mine to look as real as possible as I’m reallllly not a fan of the round beach ball look, so the surgeon suggested putting them under the muscle which means you cant see the edge of the implant or feel it, and u get a really natural shape. They do feel really firm at first, especially when theyre under the muscle and I was worried as the guys I dated after my surgery all asked if I’d had surgery and said they could sort of tell. Now, a year on though, they have really settled and completely softened, they look and feel completely real as far as I’m concerned, my last boyfriend had no idea they were fake even after seeing them properly. I had to just tell him and he wasnt sure whether to believe me or not as he had this idea in his head that all fake boobs look and feel a certain way and mine didnt seem like that at all.
I’d been waiting for about 6 years to have mine done so I know how you feel, and I can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done! If you want them to look real, the surgeon will do everything they can to make that happen. (I had mr. kazazzi btw and would definately recommend him!) Hope that massive essay helps haha x
