Well i went to see Mr Singh at London ystdy, he was so lovely..only thing is am a bit confused..my op is next wed and i realy was sure b4 i went that i wanted 500-550 MODERATE PROFILE UNDERS..had heard that under muscle was better for larger implants to stop them sagging or rippling and i realy wanted the mod profes becos i wanted a little more side boob than projection..told him that idealy ide like mod+ cos then u get a bit of both..he advised high profiles again 4 me tho and over muscle. Did tell him i want 2 look as natural as poss and not have the”coconut shelf” on top if u know what i mean..He said its the way the surgeon places them that gives u the correct shape that u want and not realy wether its under or over the muscle..he,s advised 605cc hp overs and assured me theyl be fine..I do trust him and do want a larger size than my last ba still have time 2 change my mind and go smaller and under the muscle but i got just a fw days 2decide now..any help girls plz?!! xx
