Help! re-op advice needed 5 years post op 750cc hp overs

Hi!

I’m wondering if anyone can give me advice please! I had 750cc hp overs 5 years ago and my left breast has capsular contraction. I was just in my time scale for re-op (thankgod) and have been approved for corrective surgery on the 20th September for both replaced. I’m just wondering if anyone else has a similar story to me? since it was nearly 5 years ago since my first op my boobs aren’t as full and perky as they once were will new implants help this?? I also don’t know wether to ask if I can have extra high profile this time but I’m not sure if this will help either! arrr

i have been doing research on this as im about to have my first op and trying to prevent the need for another op in a few years due to sagging. i might be wrong but i believe if you have had overs first time round, then if they go under the muscle this time, because your muscle is there to hold it up a bit it might prevent the need for a full uplift where they start cutting away your excess skin instead x
