HELP!!!!! really need advice on implant size

Hi ladies really need some help im booked in for 26th March with Dr Russo and am slightly concerned that the implant he has recommended wont be big enough? He has suggested a 300 cc under, my breasts are already a G but I wanted to achieve a full H cup, I am also having a breast lift, any advice??????

Ask for a bigger one, there’s no way that sounds big enough, especially as it is under the muscle…I would say 350? 400? Just talk to him and tell him exactly what you want, there’s no point in going through all that pain and paying all that money for something you don’t want hun xxx

300 cc with an uplift is what im having in few weeks they wont let you go any bigger than 300cc with uplift as give it two years and your tits will be down to your toes you will only lose a small amount with an uplift bought half size, im a 32 dd and am having 300cc hp overs and iv seen 4 surgens who said the same thing it will take me to a ff / g so so your going to be way bigger than a H

also anything bigger than 300cc with us already large boobed ladies is to much on the scars and they wont heal as two much weight

I had an uplift with 320’s and I also know people who have had an uplift with 460’s….it depends on the individual x

what size were you before and after the op jo? x

I was a 34C before and now measure 34FF…I’m 10 months post op, it really does depend on the individual and what they want, I didn’t want a bigger implant as I wanted the pertness back, rather than huge boobies but everyone is different regards the look they want to achieve, I’m very happy with my results xx

Hi im having mine with mr khan he is the best for uplifts was on embaressing bodies doing reconstutive surgery ect it dose depend on the person only when you are under a dd once your over that size they will not give any bigger than 300cc due to being that big you WILL have alot of breast tissue and it puts to much weight on the incissions xx Heather119
