Help!! See nurse for infection xx

Help see nurse and mr Singh they put plasters and iodine strips on and cleaned wounds but now the wound ozzing and coming through bandage what to do xx

Is it yellow/orange because my idone strip leaked on my plasters? If not ring the emergency number because my nurse said to ring straight away if it oozes onto the bandage xx
