HELP!!! unders or overs???

i have chosen unders….but still dunno – most people seem to be having overs??? HELP

I had unders on tuesday! Depends wht sort of look your looking for and what u have got now wht has your surgeon recommended? Xx

this should really be down to ur surgeon. u need unders if u dont have much breast tissue to fit in the implant so they need to put it under the muscle to stop it looking fake and streching skin to much.

u have overs if ur having a size which u have enough tissue to fill it out. what size r u and what r u having? x

Thankyou…i was still unsure bout them both as my appointment on wednesday i was too excited and some stuff went in one ear and out the other. Dr singh recommended unders as i dont have that much tissue, so having 410cc unders.

What was it like alison? Do you have any pix, what size did you go for?

What size are you now? If your surgeon recommended unders I’d go with that hun. I was a 32aa so barely any tissue there an had 380 unders, you loose a little bit of size with the compaction being under the muscle. Unders give a nice natural look so there wont be an obvious line at the top of your boob it will be more of a natural slope. I haven’t taken any yet cos I’m too sore, but I’ll be uploading some next week sometime! xxx

I think im a 32a – but may an aa…..he never said anything when he messaged me so i assumed i was rite thinking a 32a lol. He said i dont have much tissue and recommended the 410cc. He said i could have 460cc overs but he thought 410cc unders wud be best for me.

What size will you be when all healed then hun? xxx

Ah right you sound a similar size to wht I was so I’d defo go with the unders! My surgeon said the biggest o could go wa 380 so was choosing between 340 and 380! They say 150cc adds one cup size, so I should end up a C/D but wil probley measure bigger but look a c/d. Seems that fake boobs always get measured bigger than they look cos of the roundness etc! what size r u aiming for?

Just be waned – make sure u go into it expecting pains after wards – I somehow was expecting it to be fine but it is quite uncomfy and painful! Only 3 days post op so it will get miles better soon hopefully! where u having it done? U booked yet? If your unsure on sizes u can ask for 2 sizes to be available on the day for u to choose then, that’s what I had xxxx

Yeah he said you wont see the implant with unders but with overs he said if i bend down you would see the the like rim of it. And he said unders look more natural. Im happy what he recommended lol

im aiming for a d-dd he sed thats what i;ll get

i know, im not really bothered bout the pain after having babies, and the pain from ya milk drying out that bloody killed me so i know its gonna hurt lol.

I would of liked the 460 implant but he sed if i had that would have to be an over, he didnt think would get the 460 under – so he sed if i compremise lol

I’m a 34a and getting 380 overs I was worried at first because some people said overs would look fake. But helens assured me I have enought breast tissue for overs. But it all depends on the look you want to go for your surgeon will know what’s best for you. What’s size are you going to? Xx

my surgeon said he thinks 410cc unders will look best for me, and aiming for a d-dd so exciteed, just dont want them to look too small lol x

Hey Katiej. Know how you feel hun. My surgeon said im in the fortunate position that I can choose if I wanted unders or overs. Now I know with unders they hurt more, have a long healing time and are less likely of cc because the muscle massages them and also less likely of rippling and apparently more natural (although i’ve seen pics of unders that look MEGA fake). And with overs they heal quicker, hurt a lot less and you get a better cleavage. Im so confused. Wish the surgeon could just say your having this! AGH xxx
