It really depends on the individual hun, my advice would be to book a consultation and see what the surgeon says. There are many factors that go into choosing the right implant for the right woman such as your weight/height/build, the way your chest wall slopes and the amount of breast tissue. Another important thing to consider is the ‘look’ your going for…natural, fake or inbetween? Overs are considered to look more fake, but they can also look very natural, again, it depends on the person.
