Help! What size??? Unsure..

Hi girls, so I’m booked to get surgery next month and I’ve chosen 400cc. I’m very flat chested (small 32A). I’m 5’10, size 6/8 and 60kg/9.4 stones.

I’m worried 400cc is too big since I’m flat chested. I’ve no idea how 400cc would look on someone with NO boobs. Has anyone gone from 32A to 400cc? And how does 350cc and 375cc look like? Should I go for 400cc or smaller? Still want to look natural. I’m worried since I’m skinny. Would be nice to see some pics (before/after) to help put my mind at ease. Thanks xx
