Had my breast aug yesterday. I had 300cc unders. I am happy so far although havnt had a good look yet. Im struggling to sit up as when i do the muscles in my breasts contract naturally and leaves me in alot of pain! Is this normal to expect?

Also any tips would be VERY appreciated to make things a little easier to get through!

    Thanks girls!

Hi, thanks alot for getting back to me! That makes me a little relieved i hope this is the worst it gets! Did you have pain relief every 4 hours? Ive had a little walk around my room an stuff this morning as getting a numb bum! lol have you rest for most of the time or stayed relatively active in small ways? Ive been sat up but still find it extremely painful to get up.

    Thanks again! Xx

Yeah i kept taking them every 4 hours to keep me more comfortable and as i felt better and could get up ok (about 4/5 days po) i took them when i needed them. By a week post op u feel ok. First couple of days i was getting up and walking bout to see my two boys but did need to have a little nap in the day mainly as i slept rubbish sitting upright, omg my bum was hurting me for about a week lol! Was better once i could sleep laying flat. Just try get help to push your back forward and bum shuffle to get up after few days u will be able to do it yourself. Who was your surgeon? I had dr adamo x
