i kno ive already out a post up but im rly stuck and need help on wot kinda bra to by for after my op. Every1 just says a sports bra but can any1 reccomend where 2 get a good 1 from? xxx
The most comfortable one I’ve found is actually primark sports bra!! Though I still sleep in my macom bra as it’s quite comfy. I also have a couple of £4 asda sports bras which are quite supportive. Xxx
I bought 2 shock absorber sports bras frm Debenhams. with one with bigger back size (32 normally so 34) and other 32 with bigger cup size (DD as hoped to b a D after swelling gone). The shock absorder range comes in different levels of support so got level 4 for day and 3 for nite. They arent the cheapest but if you can look for them when sale on. I have found them to be comfortable throughout and offer right level of support. Hope this helps. Good luck with op. Tc x

Mine’s not until the summer but will defo get the macom as it stretches to whatever size you are post op, so won’t need to worry about guessing which size to buy x
