Is there anything I can take or do or eat even that can make me feel a little bit better ? I’m such a wuss when it comes to pain I wish I was recovered already !xxxx

Hi Chloe, I’m 2 days post op too. Were you not given any painkillers from the surgeon before you left the hospital? I got given Co-Dydramol which I have been taking regularly since surgery as the pain in my left boob is unbearable. Try ice packs if you haven’t already, I find the coolness helps x

I was only given paracetamol and ibuprofen as well which done me fine at first but I am in so much pain now and feeling the same that I need something stronger! It’s not my incisions that hurt it’s the top of my right boob, when I sit up it’s like I can feel it moving!! Really hope it starts to ease off soon x

My incisions are fine they’re not hurting at all it’s just the tightness on my chest I’ve got asthma and it’s making me breathless I’ve had to take my inhaler a few times ! And I cannot move my arms at all and I hope so it will all be worth it though I’m sure xx

Yeah that’s exactly the same as me! So tight feels like there’s someone sat on my chest 24/7 and it’s so painful to take a deep breath! My right arm is completely immobile but starting to be able to move my left arm a bit now, sleeping is near impossible and sitting up in bed on a morning is terrible!! But yes I’m sure few weeks time when we start feeling normal again will all be worth it xx

It’s gotta get worse before it gets better think that’s how the saying goes aha ! And I agree with that when I was trying to get up this morning I felt like just giving up my mam had to pull me up but that still kills me and defiantly xx
