help with putting pics on please

hi im trying to put my pics on but its saying that they are too big, how do i resize them anyone please ????? xxxxx

sorry but i still havnt got a clue im **** at doing stuff like this lol

if i knew what size to resize them too i think i could do it coz it gives me the option to crop picture in my file of pictures.
